"They took my cash and didn’t deliver."
I put up a vacation rental ad for four weeks on boston.com, but to my shock, not a single email came through. This felt odd, so I figured I’d send a test email to check if it would land in the right inbox. Sadly, it didn’t. Since there’s no phone number available for boston.com, I shot them three emails trying to sort this out, but I’m still waiting for any kind of reply or help. Because of this, my property is being listed without a way for potential renters to get in touch with me. It’s really frustrating that boston.com won’t respond and has no support or contact number. This company seems to be running things without any accountability. Long story short, I won’t be using this site again.

"Have you had a look at their new website's beta version?"
Have you taken a peek at the beta version of their new site?
Every time a news outlet shifts to a blog style, it catches me off guard. I wasn't too keen on their previous site, but this one feels even more chaotic and messy.
It looks like they just slapped the word BETA on there after getting some early feedback.
I can't see them sticking with this setup for too long.
The content is actually pretty solid, especially the local highlights like "Best blank" in Boston. But man, they sure do recycle those features a lot, which is a letdown.
I'm really looking forward to a revamped version of the site, and maybe then I'll think about updating my review.
